Oct 2nd, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi is a national Holiday for India. The best possible tribute I could make to the greatest evangelist of peace and nonviolence was to be with nature. Did some bird photography at Kadamakkudy Islands. Because of high tide, the number of birds was low. As if to compensate for that could meet two seasoned bird photographers. Mr. Krishna Kumar and Dr. Ranjith. They were helpful in giving me photography and birdwatching tips. Even if I love the freedom of solo trips, it is really helpful to network with like minded people.
