Reached this spot in search of birds by 8.30. Could not spot any. They all disappear by 7.30 or 8 at max. The best time for bird photography in this region is between 6.30 and 7.30 am. there is no other go but to click once I start with my Photowalks. Here is river Periyar at its best, of course without those king fishers on the bamboo poles.
