Kozhikotta

Along with birding comes the chance to taste the local delicacy kozhikotta from the local hotel. This is a must have dish during Easter time. Since it needs very less fuel to make it, with the rising cooking gas prices, kozhikotta have found its place in the regular menu.

Today’s star of the birding session was a kingfisher. Of the many shots, one with the slanting light is my favourite. Will post it soon.
